      A Quick Bodyweight HIIT Workout to Get You Moving

      No gym? No problem. This 5-minute HIIT workout will get your heart pumping and your muscles firing—perfect for busy days or a quick energy boost before diving into your creative work.

      🔄 Do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and repeat for 2 rounds.

      1️⃣ Jump Squats – Power up like you’re launching into your next big project. Keep your chest up and explode off the ground.

      2️⃣ Push-ups – Classic and effective. Modify by dropping to your knees if needed, but keep that form strong.

      3️⃣ High Knees – Get those knees up! Think of it as a fast-paced victory dance.

      4️⃣ Plank Shoulder Taps – Core engaged, no wobbly hips. Tap each shoulder like you’re giving yourself a high-five.

      5️⃣ Burpees – Love them or hate them, they work. Jump, drop, and get back up stronger.
